Brain Health

The health of our brain is essential for a long, preferably healthy life. This can be preserved in the first instance by the well-known theme: “use it or lose it”. Activities that keep the brain busy are essential for it to retain.

As I get older, you won’t come out of it anymore: where did I leave my car keys? How is that knowledge called again? You can improve that by more brain training. But sometimes that doesn’t happen anymore and support is needed.
